Agenda Partnership are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a reputable brand, selling their pharmacy and practice management software directly into pharmacies across the UK.

The technology and services are trusted by tens of thousands of users daily in clinical settings all over the UK we a company wide vision to enable the seamless flow of patient data by connecting primary and secondary healthcare software systems to enhance patient experiences.

The successful candidate will form part of an existing sales team, working together to deliver innovative solutions to the fast-changing healthcare industry. You will join a dynamic working environment that strives to deliver next- generation technologies that improve the way millions of patients interact with healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with new and existing accounts
  • Generate sales through new business and existing business partnerships
  • Account management and account growth - identifying growth and upgrade opportunities
  • Attending sales meetings/demonstrations/presentations with potential and existing customers.
  • Ongoing awareness of industry, market and product knowledge
  • Attending any industry events as needed.
  • Liaising with development, accounts, marketing, technical and customer support for new business and existing business Installations
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Sales forecasting
  • Generate quotations and any accompanying documentation for existing and prospective customers.
  • Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Submitting software modification requests on behalf of customers.

About You

  • The ideal candidate will business development experience, selling SaaS, ideally into pharmacy of healthcare settings
  • Excellent customer facing/service skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Direct experience in exceling in a sales team that is results orientated.
  • Ability to travel nationwide and worldwide if required.
