Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading UK Hospitality brand, as they look to appoint a creative Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, joining their growing in-house marketing function. 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic creative marketing professional, We're looking for an experienced and passionate marketing expert to bring our central marketing strategy to life. In this role, you'll lead in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across the business and creating compelling content that drives revenue, boosts awareness, and engages our audiences. Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager: 

  • Develop and execute revenue-driving marketing campaigns across all business segments
  • Collaborate with external agencies (including design, brand, print, and social) and internal stakeholders to effectively project manage the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, assets, and materials.
  • Provide creative direction for visual content creation (photo and video shoots)
  • Write engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms.
  • Manage the Digital Asset Management platform to ensure asset organization and accessibility.
  • Cultivate internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct content audits, optimize content, and maintain marketing channel consistency.
  • Develop and present Marketing Toolkits to relevant stakeholders across the business.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities within the Central Marketing Team.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Experience and background: 

  • 3-5 yrs B2C integrated marketing campaign management experience  - Retail, Hospitality or agency 
  • You are an enthusiastic and seasoned marketer with a strong track record in campaign management and content creation.
  • You’ll be a proactive collaborator who can spearhead projects, design, and launch effective campaigns and create engaging marketing assets.
  • You’ll be creative and highly organised.
  • You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
