Job description:
My client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join and lead a team of account managers. Ideally someone with SaaS experience (desirable), who can own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, driving adoption, demonstrating ongoing value as well as the renewal process.
Responsibilities
- Retaining, growing and managing enterprise level accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Ensure that every Customer has a strategic plan aligned with their business objectives
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of services offered
- Use a data driven approach to develop and execute customer success plans, including adoption, retention, and expansion strategies
- Manage all renewal touchpoints for your customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and generate new product ideas
Experience:
- You have 3+ years of experience of customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
- Previous experience in team management
- Track record of hitting retention and growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Hybrid working available
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience.
