Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading UK Hospitality brand, as they look to appoint a creative Senior Web & Customer Experience Manager, joining their growing in-house marketing function. 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic digital marketing leader to execute and deliver the Group’s central digital & web strategy. This role will focus on growing direct revenue through effective management of various digital channels including web, search, and email. This role has a strong web management focus and is supported by a broader marketing team and agencies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business lead across website management (including booking engines), website development, search (SEO & PPC), and other digital functions.
  • Lead management of and relationships with e-commerce platforms and 3rd party service providers.
  • Lead core website development project to enhance customer / user experience (UX), and drive conversion.
  • Oversee significant strategic projects, collaborating with the wider Commercial team, internal stakeholders, and external agencies (including digital, email, PPC, and social) to enhance the Group properties' digital presence, effectively tracking progress and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse available data/metrics, insights, and best practices – producing concise reports and recommendations for action, where necessary.
  • Build internal partnerships and work effectively across multiple teams and sites.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
  • Present business results to an excellent standard as required.

Experience required: 

You will be an enthusiastic and experienced marketer with expertise across a range of areas including web experience, UX design, customer journey management, website management, web development, and agency management.

You understand how to place the digital marketing elements together and optimize the customers digital journey.
