Head Housekeeper- Le Petit Chateau

Le Petit Chateau is looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and responsible individual to join us as Head Housekeeper. Domestic or commercial cleaning experience is essential as well as previous experience managing a team. SalaryThis is a full time role.

Responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring that the hotel, its furnishings, equipment and linen are clean and safe at all times.

· Meeting the standards of hygiene and cleanliness as set by management to satisfy registration requirements.

- Managing the housekeeping team rotas, shift plans etc.

- Ordering room consumables

- Compliance reporting

· Room inspections and minor maintenance duties.

· Must be willing to travel to rural Northumberland Otterburn

· Own transport is essential

· Working with hotel guests who have specific needs

· Coordinating with other departments

· Controlling supply costs for as well as laundry and wages

· Overseeing training

· Lost property control

· Counsel and motivate employees on various duties

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience, with shift patterns varying including weekends, with great companywide perks and training opportunities.

Required experience:

· Previous housekeeping experience required: 2 year
