The RoleNigel Wright are supporting a growing consumer business with their search for an interim People Coordinator for around 4 months.   The role will be mainly home-working with the occasional travel to Teesside.Duties:
  • Co-ordinate the onboarding process from acceptance of offer.  
  • Deliver a pro-active and positive onboarding experience for our new team members and have all of the information they need to become successful as quickly as possible.  
  • Develop our onboarding experience to ensure that new team members are set up for success
  • Send out pre-onboarding information to new team members
  • Co-ordinate pre-employment checks.
  • Establish and nurture good relationships with candidates and recruiting manager
  • Support recruiting managers to organise inductions
  • Administer company benefits for new team members
  • Support with recruitment administration and co-ordination as necessary
  • Be a key part of the People Team providing support in other areas as necessary

  • Driven by a desire to ensure your work makes a difference and has a positive impact.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment where readymade processes don’t always exist; you’ll be able to identify where we can make improvements and iteratively enhance the candidate and recruiting experience
  • Exceptionally organised, efficient and can be relied upon to keep everything on track
  • Excited by the opportunity to work in a start-up bank with a real purpose and passion for the North of England 
  • Strong verbal and written communication with people at all levels
  • You’ll have had recent experience of administration and coordination within a People team
  • Understand key touch points for candidate experience
