Your responsibilities will include:
Client Liaison:
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Efficient
Onboarding and Integration:
- Oversee the onboarding process for IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, service desk and end-users) to streamline processes.
Project Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
