REED are excited to be working with a client based in Cobalt Business Park who are looking to appoint a front of house receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer-facing environment and excellent administration and secretarial skills.
Duties include:
- Manning the reception desk
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Switchboard – redirecting calls as required
- Answering phone and email queries
- Delivering excellent customer service to all customers using meeting rooms
- Dealing with deliveries / couriers
- General administration and secretarial duties
Working hours: Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
