A well-established manufacturer based in Newmarket, Suffolk are in need of a production operative for an immediate start as they look to grow in 2024! Early finish every Friday!
You will be working for a large Newmarket based company within their workshop as a brazer. Therefore, machine shop / production experience will be necessary to be considered for the role.
The available starting salary is circa 11.50ph with overtime available at increased rates of pay.
Production duties include (but are not limited to):
- Brazing of metal components together
- Prepping of metals before use
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Flexible approach to work to meet customer demands.
- Helping with other workshop duties when necessary
The working hours for the role are 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 12:30 finish every Friday!
Someone with experience in brazing would be ideal however prior experience in manufacturing or production will be considered.
