Description

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Profile

A successful Customer Support Engineer should have:

  • Experienced user of Catia V5 - Desirable
  • Experienced user of Catia V4 - Desirable
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification - Desirable
  • Ability to solve technical engineering issues 'on' and 'off' site - Essential
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques and design for manufacture and assembly - Essential
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport essential as travel will be required - Essential
  • Ability and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally (when required) - Essential
  • Working knowledge of SSGB seating products - Essential
  • Experience of Engineering data requirements - Essential
  • Understanding and awareness of aircraft interior certification - Essential
  • User of Baan - Desirable
