Insurance Advisor – Personal Lines

A leading Insurance Broker based in Lisburn, is currently seeking an Insurance Advisor.

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time permanent position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Ideally working 3 days in their Lisburn office and 2 days in their Banbridge office

Will also considered two part time candidates working in either Lisburn or Banbridge.

Salary – Negotiable dependant on experience

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in personal insurance is desirable but full training will be provided.
  • Able to communicate clearly, positively, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent. A-C in English & Maths.
  • Previous customer service experience

About the role:

  • You will be responsible for providing our customers with quotations, preparing renewals & adjustments for all motor, home & other personal lines insurance.
  • Part of a small team servicing our customers by telephone, email & face to face in our offices.
  • Maintaining high customer service levels at all times whilst ensuring full compliance with company & regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Any other business tasks within the office
  • Work between the 2 offices if needed.
  • Opportunity to work towards Chartered Insurance Exams.(See CII.co.uk – qualifications – award/Certificate in Insurance)
