Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the highest level of food quality
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
