Corporate Finance Partner

Northampton

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join a high performing team of finance experts.

Someone with a passion for business and an interest in learning how to manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fundraising for clients across all sectors.

Mentored by a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of deals in a small yet growing team.

This role will enable you to manage deals and client relationships from start to finish; taking part in initial client meetings and deal structuring, preparing financial models, creating business plans and managing all aspects of the deal.

The corporate finance team are commercial and innovative, and believe the success of the firm is driven by ensuring that every employee maximises their potential within their role.

Experience required

Qualified Accountant.

Some experience / awareness of Acquisitions and Disposals is desirable but not essential.

Broad commercial experience gained in practice or industry.

A passion for delivering high quality results and ensuring the client’s needs are met.

You will have the following attributes

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster and influence client relationships;
  • Integrity, and a clear understanding of the importance of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism;
  • Proactive and positive with a strong team focus and collaborative approach
  • The ability to establish a strong working relationship with colleagues in all offices;
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
  • Good eye for detail and problem solving skills;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time;
  • The ability to work autonomously;
  • Entrepreneurial and creative.

As a Corporate Finance Partner there is no limit on your upper earnings, and ample opportunities for progression as the business continues to grow.

A base salary of £50k is paid plus commission directly related to deals made (10%)- you should earn around £65-75k in your first year…..
