The Role:
As an Ad-Hoc Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning when teachers are absent. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their tasks.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and availability to work on an ad-hoc basis, starting as soon as possible.

- A degree in any subject or relevant experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
