Cover Supervisor - Secondary School in Northampton, Northamptonshire
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at a Secondary Academy School in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lessons across a range of subjects to students in Year 7 to Year 11.

Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects to students in the absence of a teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with students and supporting their academic progress
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A good understanding of the secondary school curriculum and the ability to teach across multiple subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
