Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Auditor to join our team. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 9000 standards and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of construction processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in detailed reports.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quality assurance documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness among project stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Quality Auditor in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Certification in quality auditing (e.g., CQA) is preferred.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
