We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our clients Regions team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Commercial fit out projects in Cambridge and Birmingham. As part of our Regions Division, managing projects ranging from 500k to 15M in value, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional workplace environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the day-to-day management of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring seamless progression from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the project life cycle.
  • Utilise your expertise to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project programme management, design coordination, quality assurance, and health and safety protocols.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and adept navigation of project complexities.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering fit-out projects, showcasing your leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Experience in liaising with clients on-site, representing their interests and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Proficiency in managing diverse site teams and addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
  • While a trade background is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards while controlling costs.
  • Proficiency in programme and progress reporting, with the ability to provide accurate updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with health and safety regulations, including conducting audits and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Knowledge of planning software for effective project scheduling and coordination.
  • Experience in managing community relations and familiarity with relevant industry standards such as CCS (Considerate Constructors Scheme), though not mandatory.
