Days and hours of work: - 3 days a week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Part time Credit Controller / Admin Support to join their team.
The successful candidate will be assisting the Credit Control function within the team, reporting directly to the Sales Ledger Manager., the role would be a great introduction into Credit Control environment. The company is offering the opportunity for progression and development.
The role will involve the following
- Credit Checking of potential new clients
- Maintaining client credit files
- Raising invoices
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Chasing overdue invoices via phone calls and emails
- Allocating receipts
- Query resolution
- Any other admin duties required within the Sales Ledger function
Credit control experience desirable but not essential a professional telephone manner along with good written and spoken English required
A self-starter - able to manage own workloads and having the ability to work accurately whilst under pressure
Strong IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications experience essential.
