Your new companyHays are working exclusively with a highly reputable consultancy company based in central Norwich. This company has gone through impressive growth and development over the last few years and are looking to continue that forward momentum by adding a talented finance professional to their ranks.Your new roleYou will work closely with the CFO and Deputy CFO to provide key analysis and insight for commercial decision-making. You will utilise a variety of qualitative and quantitative data to build financial forecasts and business cases on prospective commercial wins. You will work with the operational elements of the business and give colour and context to the numbers to enhance commercial decision-making. You will build strong relationships with your peers and be a crucial component in the growth of the organisation.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a part or fully qualified accountant and have a proven track record of working in a commercial finance function. You will preferably have operated within a service-based industry, but this is not essential. You must have strong analytical skills and be an excellent user of IT, being able to manipulate data effectively. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with a variety of stakeholders to build positive relationships.
