- Checking trucks and Trailers in and out for hire
- Liaising with customers over the phone
- General administrative tasks
- Issuing authority to suppliers for maintenance work
- Advising customers of required service work/MOT.
- Experience from Rental/Hire or Maintenance industry would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Confidence dealing with other depots, drivers and customers
- Good IT skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
