Day to day of the role:
- Collaborate closely with teachers to tailor individual support for students in need.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons and educational materials.
- Provide guidance to students facing academic and behavioural challenges.
- Supervise and engage students during independent tasks and break times.
- Facilitate the implementation of educational programs and personalized learning plans.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and conducive learning environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Versatility in working with students across various age groups, backgrounds, and abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the school community.
- Independent work ethic coupled with strong team collaboration abilities.
