Day to day of the role:

  • Collaborate closely with teachers to tailor individual support for students in need.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons and educational materials.
  • Provide guidance to students facing academic and behavioural challenges.
  • Supervise and engage students during independent tasks and break times.
  • Facilitate the implementation of educational programs and personalized learning plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
  • Versatility in working with students across various age groups, backgrounds, and abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the school community.
  • Independent work ethic coupled with strong team collaboration abilities.
