The Ruddington Arms is located in Ruddington village, 5 miles south of Nottingham. Great, seasonal and local food is at the heart of everything we do at The Ruddington Arms.
We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Head Chef to come and join the team, preferably with Rosette kitchen experience

As Head Chef, you will support the Chef Director and will have:
A passion for cooking and creativity
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The personality to keep motivated and motivate those around you
2 or more years experience in a similar role.
As Head Chef you will:
Be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen
Be responsible for all kitchen budgets
Maintain high service standards and food quality within the strict time constraints of a busy gastro pub restaurant
Be required to train and develop junior chefs.
What do you need to do well?
At The Ruddington Arms you’ll need to make sure our standard of food and service remains high at all times.
Contribution to our kitchen’s team culture and sense of enjoyment will be fundamental to your success at The Ruddington Arms.
This role will suit a either a current Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef with at least two years’ experience in this position in a good fresh food establishment.
