Adept are excited to be working with a well established busy manufacturer based in Nottingham who supplying into Aerospace, MOD and Rail industries.
Our client are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Machinist to join the team.
The successful applicant must have experience in programming a CNC machine using FANUC.
What's on offer?
Up to £17 per hour on a day shift
7am till 4pm Mon to Thurs, Fri 7am till 12 (39hrs).
23 days holiday plus stats

Duties & Responsibilities
Proven experience in CNC Machining of machined products
Set up, operate, and program CNC machines with Fanuc controls to produce high-precision components.
Use your programming skills to enhance machining processes and increase efficiency.
Ability to programme using FANUC
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Filling out required paperwork.
Complying with standards of safety, company policy, and legal regulations that apply to the product.
Communicating with the rest of the Quality Control (QC) department so they become aware of any defects in the product and how to repair them.
Have a strong presence on within the production areas and carry out in process checks on a routine basis.
Reading engineering schematics and comparing them with the finished product
Be able to work alone as well as in a team.
