The basics:
Job Title: Press brake operator - Precision engineering department
Environment: Manufacturing
Location: Sandiacre
Hours: Monday 3pm-1am and Thursday to Friday 3pm-12:30am
Contracted hours per week: 36.5hrs per week anything over this is paid at overtime rates. 1.5 and double on Sundays
Salary: up to 17.90 per hour.
Role: Permanent
Overview:
Working in modern purpose built manufacturing facilities for a first class precision engineering business we now require a press brake operator to join the team.
The ideal candidate / Press Brake Operator may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Previous experience operating and setting a manual or CNC press brake machine - manual experience would be desirable
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work with intricate parts
Commutable from: Derby, Nottingham, Castle Donington, Ilkeston, Hucknall, Alfreton and surrounding areas.
