We are seeking an accomplished Financial Due Diligence Manager (Transaction Services) to support the Partner on the growth of the team. You will be leading on due diligence project and support on the continued business development, winning new clients.

Description

  • Manage due diligence projects and teams to prepare a quality client deliverables
  • Support junior team members, helping them with technical aspects and aiding their development
  • Interpret and analyse financial and operational information including historical and projected trading, cash flow and balance sheets
  • Identify key issues which may affect transaction value
  • Identifying and quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal structure

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • Proven experience in a Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Services role
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • You are client-focused with an emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy
  • You have the ability to see the bigger picture and thrive under pressure.
