- Payroll Manager
- £25,000 - £30,000 p/a

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll department (Manager role)
- Support the Payroll Administrator in processing payroll (Administrator role)
- Communicate effectively with clients via email and telephone
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls using Sage and other cloud-based software (training will be provided)
- Register new payrolls and pension schemes (NHS knowledge desirable)
- Issue clients with clear and accurate payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with RTI (Real Time Information) regulations
- Make submissions to pension providers
- Resolve payroll-related queries promptly and efficiently
- 3+ years of experience in a payroll role (experience with a client/bureau background is a plus!)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential)
- A willingness to learn new skills and software (Sage experience is a bonus, but not required)
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (they're open to discussing a slightly higher salary for the right candidate)
