Then this Training Course Designer / Technical Analyst role could be for you.

It is a great opportunity for a Training Course Designer / Training Analyst with a hybrid / one day per week in the office working pattern.

Knowledge of the ADDIE Model or DSAT is important for this role.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4 Friday 8 to 12 (36 hours per week).Hybrid working / one day per week in the office on average.

The successful Training Course Designer will be working closely with internal and external teams to develop the training content.

You’ll be responsible for the production and delivery of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) complaint training courseware.

Who we are looking for:

·Experience in course design and have contributed to the design of training courses

·Experience in the use of Microsoft products, particularly Word

·The ability to interpret technical information (OEM Manuals, Technical Documents etc.) as source information in the production of training courseware

A good working knowledge of the training design and development processes (ADDIE OR DSAT) is also required.

oDSAT: Defence Systems Approach to Training

What’s on offer:

An industry competitive salary of between £33,000 and £35,000 per year depending on skills and experience and a whole range of benefits including enrolment into the company pension scheme; Christmas shutdown and some home working.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4 Friday 8 to 12 (36 hours per week).Hybrid working / one day per week in the office on average.
