Job Location: Beeston
Salary: £25,000- £30,000 Basic / Up to £40,000 OTE
Days & Times: Monday- Friday 8:30- 17:00 / 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00- 14:00

Our client is an Independent Estate & Lettings Agent, and they are looking for a Lettings Valuer to join their dynamic team. This professional and highly driven team of property experts are located in the West of Nottingham and cover both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. They offer a comprehensive list of services to landlords including property maintenance, investment and portfolio management.

Key Duties:
- Generating new business
- Conducting all lettings valuations
- Marketing of all new instructions including photography and floorplans
- Maximise all business opportunities
- Build and develop relationships with landlords
- Advise landlords on marketing, market conditions and investment opportunities
- Management take ons
Requirements:
- Lettings valuation experience preferred
- Full UK Driving License
- Must be proactive and hungry for success, results will be rewarded
