We are looking for a Project Manager to join my client’s fast paced Facilities Department to take on responsibility for the operational management of day to day projects delivery and managing multiple contractors.

Please note that this role is on site in central Nottingham so you will have to live within a commutable distance and have right to work in the UK.

FLEXIBLE WORKING / A 4 DAY WEEK WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

This project management role will be responsible for ensuring all facilities related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience of managing multiple teams of contractors.

The Project Manager will within our client’s modern stadium and will include overseeing new building fabrics renovation, space / moves management, mechanical or electrical systems installation, replacement or remedial repairs, reactive and PPM.

Does this sound like you?

·Electrical / multi trade experience would be ideal

·Ability to understand CAD / electrical drawings (training can be given)

·Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

·Experiencing of leading teams and managing contractors
