As the Compliance Manager, you will be:
- Covering the big 6 of compliance specialising in fire and gas
- Leading and supporting the compliance team of 5 and managing the external contractors
- Ensuring all the domestic properties on behalf of the housing association are all compliant and all relevant compliance works are undertaken
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience managing the big 6 of compliance
- Social housing experience
- Experience managing contractors
- In-depth experience working with gas and fire
- Previous experience managing a team
As the Compliance Manager, you will receive:
- 390 - 400 per day
- Hybrid working
