Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel that boasts two separate bars; the Java Lounge Caf茅 Bar & the Courtyard Bar. We also offer on-site catering and have a variety of function rooms, seating up to 220 people and suitable for every occasion. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time and Part Time Bar Supervisor to join our exciting team. You will be required to:
路Ensure the highest standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
路You will recruit, train, and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements.
路Ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
路Responsible for supporting the Bar Manager
路Oversee the bar facilities to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and working behind the bar to help bat attendants.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as Bar Supervisor in 100+ bedroom hotel. You will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
