We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Payroll Administrator to join a well established Accountancy in Barnet. 
 

What you'll do:
  • Provide support for all payroll clients.
  • Interact with clients via phone and email, ensuring efficient handling of their requirements.
  • Act as a senior member of the team in generating payment summaries for account preparation.
  • Manage multiple client payrolls, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles.
  • Handle PAYE payments on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the complete processing and management of pension schemes for clients.
  • Prepare CIS deduction sheets, validate subcontractors, and submit CIS returns and CITB Levy.
  • Process and submit P11Ds as necessary
What you'll bring: 
  • Experience working in a Client or Bureau environment. 
  • 3 years end to end processing experience. 
  • Good communication skills.
