Responsibilities:

  • Specify requirements for each production job.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop production recipes for our products.
  • Maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Organize production schedules.
  • Coordinate with machine operators.
  • Manage tooling inventory and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate product samples.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Complete necessary paperwork.
  • Set up the production shop.
  • Familiarity with CNC lathes and related tooling.]

Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience with CNC machines and shop floor work.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, engineering software, and Sage).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in G-code and Alcor Wizard.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relatable experience to the role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
