We are recruiting for a QHSE Administrator to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Dudley area. The QHSE Administrator will work as part of a wider team providing support to the manufacturing manager and will be responsible for all aspects of QHSE administration and ensuring that management systems are running efficiently across the business.

As the QHSE Administrator you will be required too :

* Carry out risk, COSHH and DSE assessments,

* Deal with any health & safety issues in line with policy and legal requirements

* Report any actions or processes that may be non-compliant

* Keep the non-conformance report up to date

* Maintain health & safety documentation

* Assist the manufacturing manager in developing new processes and updating existing processes

* Analysing and reporting of KPI data

* Taking part in health & safety meetings and preparing minutes as requested

Requirements:

*Experience working in a H&S administration role

* Experience of H&S risk assessment and auditing

* Able to create clear reports, procedure and guidance documents

* Excellent organisational and planning skills

* Experience using Word & Excel

* Experience working as part of a team
