Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients via email and phone to collect outstanding monies owed to the business
- Arranging payment plans and and resolve outstanding debts
- Maintain accurate details of customer interactions and payment plans made on the customer portal
- Investigating accounts who have not paid and finding the root cause
- Speaking with internal departments on billing queries
- Monitor payment plan arrangements and ensure they are staying within the agreed terms
- Providing monthly updates to management on the status of accounts
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a time
- Meet timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £26000 per annum (with a bonus of up to £500 per month) + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + private health care + pension.
