Are you a plant fitter, with experience working in quarries and concrete plants, looking for a new opportunity to work with a young, ambitious company with a series of local sites in Peterborough, Grantham, and Boston, where you will enjoy a good balance of autonomy and collaboration, with continued training and development to help you reach your full potential?

Do you want to be part of a highly respected, local company, where you will use your experience maintaining and repairing heavy plant equipment, with the opportunity to massively boost your earnings with overtime, up to 1.25x?

On offer is the opportunity to join a team of dedicated engineers, where you will be part of an essential maintenance and service team, ensuring that all equipment is kept functional throughout the day. You will provide your services to a series of quarries in Peterborough, Boston, and Grantham, where you will use your know-how to contribute to the efficiency of the quarrying and concrete machines on site.

The Role:

• Identify necessary breakdown repairs and source required parts from the workshop
• Work with the service team to monitor, repair, and maintain plant equipment
• Report to managers on ongoing maintenance and necessary repairs throughout the day

The Person:

• Experience with plant equipment in a quarrying or concrete plant environment (or similar)
• Valid Driving License
