Our National client are recruiting Fleet Specialists to join a brand new and growing team in Peterborough.
  • Monday to Friday – 7.5 hours per days (timings to be agreed)
  • Salary in the region of £22.5 to £25K depending on experience

SKills and experience required:•  Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail•  Strong Administration skills with a min of 3yrs + experience•  Finance and business acumen•  Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.•  Excellent communication both verbally and written those with proven inbound and outbound experience would be desirable.•  Good Education in Core GCSE Subjects• Experienced in using Excel, Word and Outlook • Experienced with inbound and outbound calls• Power BI PreferableAs a Fleet Specialist you will:Support the demonstrator fleets. Pro actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting in line with the brands differing requirements.  Provide detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings.  Update the brands throughout the month to ensure their ordering, registration and de-fleet targets are met and on time.  Work to push cars through to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets.  Use the monthly and weekly reports to analyse fleet trends and ensure the integrity of data is maintained.  Strive for continuous improvement and share best practise across the brands.  Provide support the Demo Customer Services Manager with projects and other initiatives required to effectively manage the programme.If the above role sounds of interest to you and you have the relevant experience and skills listed, please apply today.
