We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant's to join our team at Shell Barnsdale Bar North.
16hr contract Various shifts to be discussed.
Own transport is essential due to site's location.
Candidates need to be highly flexible with work hours and be able to cover shifts that may be at short notice due to the nature of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and greeting customers.
Providing great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keeping the station looking great at all times.
Maintaining a fully stocked shop.
Understanding customers’ needs and wants.
Managing point-of-sale processes.
Receiving in new stock.
Knowing about our products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
