The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
•Supervising and managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
•Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans provided by absent teachers.
•Providing support and guidance to students during lessons.
•Upholding school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
•Experience working in a school or educational setting.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
•Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
