HR & Payroll Administrator - Poole - Up to £27,500Are you an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator with excellent organisational skills?Do you have previous experience working as a HR & Payroll Administrator?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional HR & Payroll administration support to the businesses.
  • You will support the HR Manager by providing professional and confidential HR support, including minute taking Payroll and Administration.
  • Collating all the relevant data for payroll purposes and updating payroll spreadsheet in time for monthly payroll deadline.

What we're looking for:

  • Collating all the relevant data for payroll purposes and updating payroll spreadsheet in time for monthly payroll deadline.
  • Providing admin support to the Head of HR.
  • Developing positive relationships with all businesses and colleagues.
  • Completing employment checks, including chasing references, verifying right to work checks, and credit checks.
  • Keeping the HR systems, up to date and accurate, and looks to continuously improve the system and workflows.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, placing adverts, arranging interviews, and updating the recruitment portal. Ensuring all applications receive a response.
  • Complete all 6 monthly driving licence checks on all company employees and ensure any convictions are reported to the insurers.
  • Delivering team inductions across the business, keeping all inductions up to date with any changes.
  • Completing exit interviews with any leavers from the business and providing feedback to relevant people.
  • Providing administrative support, including minute taking at any HR meetings when required.
  • To support with any other ad-hoc jobs relating to the People operation.
