The Bosville Hotel is recruiting an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager is a full-time permanent basis role working a minimum of 45 hours Monday through Sunday, five days a week. 

As the Restaurant Manager you will report directly into the Cluster General Manager and will lead and manage the restaurant and breakfast team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be ensuring the delivery of an exceptional food & beverage guest experience, as well as train, mentor, recruit and lead the front of house team.

This position is based at The Bosville Hotel, in Portree. The Bosville is contained within a trio of 18th-century cottages that have been lovingly restored and converted. Our refined but cosy accommodation is situated right in the centre of Portree, opposite the harbour with some of the best views in town.
