Responsibilites;
- Line management
- dealing with customer enquires in person and over the phone
- assisting the branch to achieve targets
- monitoring stock levels and carrying out stock audits
- hands-on workshop role if and when required
About you;
- Experience working in an automotive setting
- Experience as a supervisor/team leader (This can be in any industry for example retail)
- Have strong communication skills
The role;
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
- Basic Pay is £27,000 with an OTE of £33,000
