Job Title: - Assistant Site Manager

Location: - Reading, Berkshire

My client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to aid in the management of a large commercial development in Reading town centre. This project has a good site team due to the size of the job, perfect for someone who works well in team environments. Pipeline for work is particularly strong and there will also be the opportunity to move on to other projects in the local area across the Thames Valley region.

Candidate's experience:

  • Experience working with similar or same clients
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Working within a team on large schemes or idependently
  • Experience using programming software ( Power Point / Microsoft)
  • Strong organisational skill with a strong methodical approach
  • Strong knowledge of the construction process
  • Relevant qualifications i.e. SMSTS, Trade Background, Degree
