RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR (REDCAR - TS10 3AF)
At present we are open Friday to Sundays 11am-5pm with the aim to progress to opening back up Wednesdays to Sundays once we have the right individual. You would be expected to work 3-4 shifts overall, but initially this would be 3 shifts working Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Hours would be between 30-36 hours per week (initially 21-25 hrs per week) and you must be available to work every weekend (alternative days for weekend coverage will change once we are back open Wednesday to Sundays).
We are looking for someone with a Customer Service background to join our fantastic team here at Oliver's. You must have a STRONG focus for excellent 'Customer Service' and the ability to manage your own workload, as this is a VERY busy Restaurant and speed is a must with attention to detail. You must have Barista experience and the ability to manage a team whilst undertaking your own duties.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and wants to work, someone who is mature with a flexible attitude - this role is not for the faint hearted and you must have a strong mindset. You must be local to Redcar or are able to travel and work the evening shifts needed.
