Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a dynamic role within a successful company? Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join a supportive and friendly finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Send payment remittances to suppliers.
- Set up supplier and customer accounts on SAGE.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems.
- Provide payroll cover for holidays and sickness.
- Reconcile credit cards and manage the accounts inbox.
- Register and match purchase invoices onto the Sage system.
- Resolve invoice queries promptly and efficiently.
- Enter payments into the company banking system.
- Perform monthly purchase statement reconciliations.
- Collate monthly payment runs and process supplier payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
Key Skills:
- Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial in financial processes.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
- Outstanding organisational abilities: Keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience/knowledge of Sage accounts and Excel: Familiarity with these tools is preferable.
