Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk
Job Type: Part time
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 FTE (40hours)
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week, Shift pattern can be flexible.
Location: Redditch office- Free parking onsite available, Hybrid WFH options also available.

The Role – Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk
We are looking for an Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk to join our expanding team! The main duties of the role would include-
Credit Control
-
Sales/Purchase Ledgers
-
General bookkeeping
-
Keeping a log of purchase and expense invoices received and processed

Day to day accounting queries from internal and external parties

Payroll preparation

Produce management accounts
-
Bank reconciliation
You will need

Excellent communication skills

Good team player

Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new systems

Good numeracy & literacy

Experience within the Construction industry (desirable but not essential).

Experience with Xero is advantageous
