Divisional Manager

Social Housing Planned Works & Decarbonisation

£85-100k / Permanent

We are working with a leading property maintenance and refurbishment contractor to recruit a Divisional Manager to run a Planned Works section of their business in London and the South East.

As the Divisional Manager, you will directly manage a team of Operations Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers and RLO's to deliver Social Housing Planned Works contracts across the region. We are looking for somebody who has experience working alongside local authorities and housing associations delivering and managing multiple programmes.

You will deliver refurbishments within both occupied and empty properties, including internals, externals, decarbonisation projects, as well as refurbs on high rise tower blocks.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of your business region, commercial and contractual performance, and client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Refurbishment experience ideally within the Social Housing sector
  • Extensive knowledge on building regulations and health and safety
  • Experience managing multiple programmes with different clients concurrently
  • Strong people management and engagement skills
  • IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines in a client facing role
  • Willingness to travel across the region
