We are now looking for a talented Retail Store Manager to join our vibrant team and take our store to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Sales Excellence: Drive store sales through effective merchandising, promotion strategies, and superior customer engagement.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customer Focus: Ensure every customer leaves our store satisfied, maintaining a welcoming and friendly shopping environment.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The role will be working 39 hours over 5 days per week, with the following shift pattern:
Monday 8.30am to 2pm
Tuesday 8.30am to 6pm
Wednesday - Day off
Thursday 8.30am to 6pm
Friday 8.30am to 4pm
Saturday 8.30am to 6pm
Sunday - Day off
