The Role

We're looking for a fun, enthusiastic, passionate Kitchen Manager to join our hard-working team here at the Three Crutches.

As the Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for running the day-to-day kitchen operations. Your key focus is to drive the business forward, bringing to life our exceptional standards and values

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure all food is served to the required standard.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen operation.
• To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible, and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively managing and supporting a team
• Recruiting, training, supporting and people development
• Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
• Ensuring ongoing team communications through one to ones and on the job feedback
• Creating a platform for financial growth through cost control
• Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Kitchen Manager includes:

• Experience as head chef / Kitchen lead desirable or Sous Chef ready for next step
• Proven leadership ability
• Proactive and ‘hands on' approach
