Inbound Sales Consultants Wanted - Uncapped Commission - Realistic OTE £30k-£35k
Location: Romford, Essex | Hybrid after 6 months
What’s on Offer?
£24,525 base salary
Uncapped commission - earn what you’re worth
Guaranteed £250/month training bonus for your first 6 months
Average additional earnings of £6,000-£15,000 a year
Quarterly Elite Bonus - up to £5,000 extra a year
OTE: £30,000-£45,000+ per year
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound calls only - no cold calling!
Speaking to customer about high-quality insurance products
Upselling and cross-selling to maximise your earning potential
Delivering outstanding service that keeps customers coming back
Working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (mix of weekdays, one Saturday and one Sunday a month)
What We’re Looking For
A natural communicator with a friendly, confident phone manner
Target-driven with a hunger to succeed and earn more
Previous experience in sales or contact centre roles is a big plus
Strong IT and listening skills
Resilient, coachable, and ready to grow
